Daryl Anne Duncan graduated from the University of Natal (Pietermaritzburg). She was admitted as an Attorney in 1997 and as a Conveyancer in 1999. After practicing alongside her Father and mentor, "Chappie" Falconer for some years, Daryl opened her own practice in 2000. The practice flourished over the years and its success is based on client satisfaction and word of mouth referrals.

After having run a successful General Litigation, Family Law and Conveyancing practice in Gauteng for many years, Daryl relocated to Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2011.

The Firm specialises in Property Law and Conveyancing transactions and is teamed by a dynamic staff.
Daryl is a trained Mediator and capably assists parties reach amicable solutions in both Commercial, Property, Sectional Title, and Family Law disputes.
